Coronavirus: Zambia sex workers praised for contact tracing

Intercourse workers in Zambia are aiding to trace people who have contracted coronavirus immediately after a surge in new bacterial infections at the border city of Nakonde, the well being minister has mentioned.

Chitalu Chilufya said 76 of 85 reported new circumstances in the northern town had been either intercourse employees or lorry motorists.

“The condition in Nakonde stays grave, and the president is worried,” Mr Chilufya mentioned on Sunday, including that Mr Lungu had requested the border to be “briefly closed.”
