Former president Valéry Giscard d’Estaing denies Ann-Kathrin Stracke’s allegations

French officials have released an investigation into previous President Valéry Giscard d’Estaing for allegedly groping a journalist.

German reporter Ann-Kathrin Stracke states the previous leader touched her buttocks frequently during a 2018 interview.
